The housing contract for our apartments near NCSU runs for 12 months, beginning in August and ending in July.
Installment payments are due on the first day of each month. Residents may submit their installment payment either in person at the leasing office or online. Note that all online payments are secure. Installment payments received after 9 a.m. on the sixth (6th) day of the month are considered late.
Yes! Campus West at Tryon has parking located on-site, so you’ll be able to right in front of your building. If you choose to add parking, you’ll be assigned a specific parking pass number, so you’ll always be FREE to park. Parking is limited, so be sure to notify the leasing office when you know you’ll want to bring a car.

Installment payments include the use of cable, high-speed internet, water and sewer, electric, designer-quality furniture, flat-screen TVs, and pest control services.
